REAL ESTATE DRONE PHOTOGRAPHY - $175
10-20 Aerial drone photographs that are digitally enhanced.
REAL ESTATE DRONE/Interior/exterior
PHOTOGRAPHY - $249
1.5 hours of photography with pictures digitally enhanced. Minimum of 25 still pictures of the exterior and interior of the house. 8-10 Aerial drone photographs are provided at no additional cost.
Real Estate Video + Drone
(exterior Only) - $275
This tour is a 2-3 minute gliding tour of a property presented with background music. Two videos are created - an unbranded tour for use on the MLS, and a branded version with your logo and contact information for use everywhere else. On camera agent introductions are available at no additional cost.
Real Estate Video + Drone
(exterior and interior) - $375
This is the most common package selected by realtors. Aerial footage is included in the video for the marketing of the property. This tour is a 3-4 minute detailed tour of the property with background music. Two videos are created - an unbranded tour for the MLS, and a branded version with your logo and contact information for use everywhere else. On camera agent introductions, voice-overs, and call to action are available at no additional cost.
Video + Photographs + Drone video + Aerial Stills - $449
Save time and energy by selecting this package, as you will receive everything that you need to list a property. Two videos are created - an unbranded tour for the MLS, and a branded version with your logo and contact information for use everywhere else. On camera agent introductions, voice-overs, and call to action are available at no additional cost. Videos include drone footage and are set to background music. 25-35 digitally enhanced interior and exterior photographs are included with 8-10 aerial photographs of the property.
